Keanu Reeves has played many roles in his career, but he's forging a new path off the screen, even if it might eventually lead back there. The star is working on a comic book called BRZRKR with Matt Kindt. The story would seem to be of a piece with that of Wolverine or the more recent The Old Guard . We follow a character "who was born 80,000 years ago, half man, his father's a war god. It's a little fantasy in reality," Reeves tells USA Today. "I had this image in my head of a guy fighting through the ages because of his father's compulsion to violence, but with the pathos of a man trapped and trying to figure it out." He also, and this might not come as a surprise, looks a bit like a certain actor who had a hand in creating it.

"The Terminator." Arnold Schwarzenegger worked with guns every day for a month to prepare for the role. The first two weeks of filming he practiced weapons stripping and reassembly blindfolded until the motions were automatic, like a machine. He spent hours at the shooting range and practicing with different weapons without blinking or looking at them when reloading or cocking. He also had to be ambidextrous.

Illustrated by Alessandro Vitti, the 12-issue series will pick up the main character as he's hiding out in America, having moved there and agreed to do mercenary work for the government in exchange for information about his origins and a way he can end his seemingly immortal existence. And, with comics company Boom! Studios sporting a first-look deal with Netflix, there's a chance it could end up as a movie or TV series, potentially starring Reeves. “I’d love to play Berzerker!” Reeves says. “It's a really fun story so if it's not me, hopefully someone can play it." "The Passion Of The Christ." Jim Caviezel admitted he was struck by lightning while filming the Sermon on the Mount and during the crucifixion.
